A · Length: start at the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, and measure down to the bottom hem.
C · T-shirt sleeve: measure from the top sleeve seam to the sleeve hem.

D · Body chest: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal without pulling it tight.
