RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General Information
All products sold by VØID are made-to-order.
This means that each item is produced specifically after the order is confirmed.
For this reason, we do not operate as a traditional store with pre-stocked inventory.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- personal preferences
We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before making a purchase.
3. European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
However, under applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or personalized.
Since all our products are made-to-order, the right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchases.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We offer a free replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- damaged product
- defective item
- incorrect item

5. Refunds
If the request is approved:
- a replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or
- a refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs
You are not required to return the damaged or defective product unless otherwise instructed.
If a return is required, the costs will be covered by us.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- incorrect size
- change of mind
- incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- uncollected orders
