VØID is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. VØID reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until VØID confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before accepting an order. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as VØID may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we reject, modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy Returns policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

Prices, discounts and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when you submit your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once the products are handed to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

VØID's names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of VØID or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use these trademarks without VØID's written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the Services, you may have access to customer tools offered by third parties that we do not monitor, control or provide input into.

VØID runs on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store are directly with VØID. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and VØID, including any injury, damage or loss arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with VØID.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims. Failure to notify you promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but will not settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense of claims that have not been indemnified, including by providing relevant documents.

Shopify's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules we publish on this website or in relation to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us, including but not limited to earlier versions of the Terms of Service.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service must not be construed against the drafting party.
