Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Subject of the Contract
These terms govern the sale of products through the e-commerce website.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

3. Products and Availability
The products offered are made on demand through selected production partners.

By their nature:

  • they are not mass-produced industrial products
  • they may present slight variations compared to the images displayed

Any minor differences (colors, dimensions, print details) do not constitute a defect of conformity.

Product availability is indicative and may change without prior notice.

4. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros or dollars depending on the customer’s country and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

5. Payment Methods
Payment must be made at the time of the order using the methods available on the website.

If payment authorization is not received, the order will not be processed.

6. Order Confirmation
After purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order details.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • incomplete or incorrect information
  • suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • product unavailability

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

7. Production and Shipping
Products are made on demand and shipped via logistics partners.

Since multiple production centers may be involved, a single order may be split into multiple shipments.

Production and delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Any delays caused by couriers or external factors are not attributable to the seller.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery.

However, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • personalized products
  • products made on demand, where applicable

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact customer service.

9. Returns and Refunds
The seller accepts returns exclusively in the following cases:

  • defective product
  • production error
  • product not compliant with the order

Returns are not accepted for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect choice of size or variant
  • improper use of the product

Requests must be submitted within 14 days from delivery and must include photographic evidence.

The seller reserves the right to verify the request before authorizing a refund or replacement.

10. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for:

  • delays attributable to couriers
  • force majeure events
  • improper use of the products

In any case, the seller’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (designs, images, texts, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.

For consumers, the competent court is that of the customer’s place of residence or domicile.

13. Changes to the Terms
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.

14. Final Clause
If any provision is found to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
