How do I choose a size?
Compare the product measurements with a similar garment you already wear. Contact us if you need advice before ordering.
What does shipping cost?
United States: standard shipping $5.95, free on product totals of $99 or more after discounts.
The final rate is confirmed at checkout for your address and items.
When will my order arrive?
Average production and dispatch time: 4–5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional.
Estimated carrier transit after dispatch: Europe and USA 3–7 business days; other destinations 5–10. Estimates may vary with availability, holidays and logistics.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate parcels without an additional charge solely for splitting the shipment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately with your order number. We check whether changes are possible before production starts, but cannot guarantee them. Applicable withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Can I return a standard garment?
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. Direct return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. We do not offer free size exchanges; where applicable, return and place a new order.
What if there is a product issue?
Email your order number, description and helpful photos. We assess the issue and appropriate remedy. Statutory rights remain; there is no seven-day-only reporting deadline.
How does the newsletter discount work?
Use WELCOMEVOID5 for €5 off orders of €59 or more. One use per customer; cannot be combined with other discounts. For purchases in USD, the discount and minimum order amount are automatically converted at checkout.
