Lay a similar garment that fits you well on a flat surface, without stretching it. Use a measuring tape and compare measurements in the same unit.

A · Length: start at the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, and measure down to the bottom hem.

C · T-shirt sleeve: measure from the top sleeve seam to the sleeve hem.

Body chest: D is the horizontal tape wrapped around the fullest part of the chest.
