Shipping policy
Production and delivery
Average production and dispatch time: 4–5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Subsequent transit: Europe and USA 3–7 business days; other destinations 5–10. Total delivery time includes production and transit. These are estimates, affected by holidays, availability and logistics.
General shipping profile rates
- Italy/EU: €4.95 below €79; free from €79.
- USA: $5.95 below $99; free from $99.
Thresholds use the product total after discounts. Checkout verifies destination, currency and item shipping profiles and displays the cost before payment. For other markets, check the rate at checkout.
Tracking and separate parcels
Tracking is provided after dispatch. Items may arrive separately; splitting a shipment alone does not add charges beyond the amount confirmed in your order.
Issues or incorrect addresses
Check your address before paying. For changes, delays or missing parcels, email support@void-factories.com with the order number. We assess each case without promising free reshipment for customer address errors. For non-EU customs charges, check applicable checkout and destination information.
